About the Journal

LUMINARA Nusantara Journal of Management (LNJM) is a scientific journal published by Yayasan Aurora Marifatul Syifa as a platform for disseminating research findings, conceptual studies, and critical thought in the field of management. The journal aims to enrich scientific knowledge and foster collaboration among academics, practitioners, and researchers at both national and international levels.

Sponsorship Statement

The LUMINARA Nusantara Journal of Management (LNJM) is published independently by Yayasan Aurora Marifatul Syifa without any commercial sponsorship. All publication activities are self-funded to preserve academic integrity and independence.

Journal History

LNJM was established in 2025 as part of Yayasan Aurora Marifatul Syifa’s commitment to advancing management science in Indonesia and strengthening the presence of Indonesian scholars in the global academic landscape. The first issue, Volume 1, Number 1 (2025), marked the journal’s launch, and it is published biannually (June and December).
